Officials Look For Owner After Sick Dog Found Abandoned In Trash Bin (NBC 10 Philadelphia)
NEW CASTLE, Del. -- Animal officials are looking for the owner of a dog that was found abandoned and sick Monday afternoon in a trash bin. A worker from a nearby business found the cream-colored Chow around 12:20 p.m. in the bin at the Shops of Red Lion and called 911.
