News: Baby attacked by dogs will be placed in foster care (WNDU 16)
South Bend, IN - A South Bend woman has temporarily lost custody of her baby after a dog attack earlier this week. Based on the conditions the child was living in, a St. Joseph County judge recommended Wednesday for the four-month-old baby girl, Chloe Ann Cannon, be placed in foster care.
