Stray dog on Sky Harbor runway delays flight from landing (12 News Phoenix) A dog running loose out on the runway of Sky Harbor International Airport forced one flight to delay landing early Thursday. Airport employees on a routine patrol of the grounds saw the dog around 5:30 a.m. on the south side of the airport, according to officials.
