Brentwood Man Arrested For Setting Dog On Fire (WCBS-TV New York)
Suffolk County Police arrested a Brentwood man for killing his dog by setting it on fire. Officers arrested Derick Phanord for driving with a suspended drivers license, and Aggravated Cruelty to Animals for allegedly killing "Maximus," the pit bull dog that died last Tuesday, five days after someone tied it to a tree and set it on fire.
