Dog left locked-up without food or water, police looking for owner (WPMI 15) (FAIRHOPE, Ala.) August 25 -- Police in Fairhope are searching for the owner of a dog they say was left abandoned in a home for nearly a month without food or water. The dog was discovered in a house on Red Barn Road off of County Road 33 just southeast of the Fairhope city limits.
